The Jones Corporate Group have just completed this new Seniors 55+ Independent Living with Services project in Duncan BC.  Sherwood House compliments the neighboring building, Wedgwood House, which the Jones Group are involved in ownership as well as Property Management.  Norman S. Jones Architectural Corporation have completed this project which has been greatly received by the City of Duncan.

Sherwood House is a 62 suite building consisting of 4 typical suite layouts which includes one bedroom with one bathroom and two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms suites.  The suites have kitchens with fridge & microwave oven & 4th floor suites include ranges and in-suite laundry.  1st to 3rd floors are equipped with tenant laundry rooms.  All of the suites will have their own private balconies.  There is a hair salon on the 2nd floor. The common area has a sports lounge on the 4th floor, an activity lounge on the 2nd floor, mid lounges and fireside elevator lobby lounges on each floor as well as a main floor fireside lounge, reading area, computer stations complete with wireless internet and an elegant common dining room.
