The Jones Corporate Group has acted as development consultants, architects and planners for several urban mixed used projects of a significant scale. Denman Place, now known as the Coast Plaza Hotel and Denman Place Mall was one of the first projects in Western Canada to incorporate retail, office, hotel, residential, entertainment and recreational facilities into one complex.
The King George Commons Project, (now knowing as King George Stations) was a 20 acre land assembly, rezoning and master planned development intended to anchor the downtown core of Surrey. It involved the relocation of major roadways, a light rapid transit system terminus and a full scope of urban land uses, similar to Denman Place. The project potential was up to 2,000,000 sq.ft. of development.
