This 9 storey office building is headquarters for a Vancouver Island Financial Institution and a British Columbia government ministry. The project was conceived as a re-development of an old run-down inner city site by the Jones Architect/Development Group. It was then sold to First Island Financial as a development package , and is located close to The Victoria City Hall.
